Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South Reviews

This is a new hotel by Marriott. We stayed on 8/8 - 11/8 2024. This hotel is connected to Bloomsvale, a small shopping mall. There is a 24-hour supermarket on the LG floor! The lift is functioning 24 hours even though connected to a shopping mall. The parking is operated by 3rd party, so it's chargeable RM8/day for multiple entry. However, I was charged RM13 on the 3rd day and RM12 on the check-out day. I referred to the hotel & they promised a refund. So, I am still waiting for their feedback. Other than that, this is a nice & cosy hotel to stay.

New hotel, everything is new. Very clean. The food is delicious and not so expensive. Just beside a mall.

Room clean and comfortable, only the direct hot water come out is dirty. Otherwise is perfect.

lovely just that the water pressure was low. didnt get the chance to use the facilities.

The staff are very helpful. Everything complete. The parking exit were too small if you drive a huge car are not recommended park underground.

Hotel is very new .the room has the renovation smell . Aircon is noisy. Staff not well trained and not patient when I extend my room on the 17th night , she even use her finger point at me . Not professional and not polite . Doorman not help with luggage when I check in and check out .

The hotel staff are polite and friendly. The room is of good size and the unblocked view is great.

Parking to hotel lobby have to pass thru lion group office is quite inconvenient
