Residence location strategic
Easy access to pavilion, lot 10 and bukit bintang area just walking distance
Cleanliness of the room need to improve
The floor so sticky and smell
The furnitre, table so dusty
Otherwise the residence is conditon, that you need to face if you come here, long waiting time to wait for the lift, super crowded lobby
Give some tips, pls contact the owner before you park your car inside the building coz they will gives parking pass, if not you will have to pay the carpark beforehand.

The location is great, easy access to TRX and Pavilion (like 5mins walk). The lift in the building is slow and the card sensor sometimes doesn't work and you didn't notified, been a few times travelling up to 40+ floor and down to G floor because the lift doesn't registered your floor. The title said KL Tower view, but the room I get is TRX view, and I actually prefer TRX view too. :)

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE ROOM DIRTY! Otherwise you will be charge for RM 70 for a very small removable stain on the bed sheet. This is the first hotel I have been to who took a deposit of RM 100 per room, inspect the room before you check out and charge you with RM 70 because a very small stain my son make after eating his food. Clean the room and wash the bed sheet before you check out to save your money!

Otherwise, I will definitely show everyone that they have seriously damaged my bedsheets and covers. The deduction of RM70 does not cover the new purchase cost. I will file a complaint with the platform.

Location is good, however the building is so crowded especially at lobby and during check-in and check out time. Left service was impacted.

I’ve been waiting for escalators more than half an hour around 11:00am . Normally have to wait for 10 to 15 mins . Terribly crazy and won’t and never come back again ！

Very good stay but when high traffic at check in or check out time the lift is on high demand, and also the road traffic around is jam at night

Place was clean, spacious and offered a great view. Staff was friendly and prompt with communications. The only minor dissatisfaction I have was the wifi connection that was constantly cutting off. When it's working, it's actually quite fast though. 10/10 recommend.

Upon arrival, it feels like an amusement park with a crowded and noisy lobby. We are asked to pay 50ringgit, or 10€ if we want to access our room before check-in time, it's up to you but personally it has never happened to me to have to pay to enter my room before check in time if it is already ready. Then be aware that they only clean your room on request, and the equipment in the rooms is of poor quality (blocked shower and sink, broken chair, trash on the window sill, single duvet on double bed, etc.). Also, be careful of scams, we had a problem ordering a driver and asked the policeman at reception for help. We had the bad idea of telling him how much money we had left in cash, so he arranged with a friend to make us pay for the ride at the price of this amount, 3 times more expensive than a driver on Grab . Otherwise hotel in a good location, nice swimming pool but a little dirty, nice view from the room and the swimming pool, a little expensive for what it is.
