I had a wonderful experience at the Agile Bukit Bintang. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from great shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The amenities were excellent, especially the view. The host was responsive and the check in process is easy too! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I’d love to return on my next trip!

Because we were staying for one night in transit, I can't comment on the convenience of the neighborhood. However, I have to praise the housekeeper for responding to all questions. Because the power went out at 8 o'clock in the morning, the housekeeper immediately sent someone to check, and even if we had to check out at 12 o'clock, we were offered to change. Room service allowed us to rest until check-out at 12 o'clock. But the kettle in the room that was replaced later turned out to be moldy. It was really disgusting to see, and I wanted the housekeeper to know that the cleaning should be more precise. The housekeeper kindly reminded me that you can see the night view of the Twin Towers from the top floor, which is beautiful.
