Checking in and out was a bit hard and confusing since there were multiple companies in the same building, but besides that everything was great. Very nice views and good location!

location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking,also MRT are just downstairs,check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday
The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool,and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better,they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo

Very spacious and clean room. But was told that room tv is only for show can't watch at all. The rest is very satisfied. If drive there don't go to carpark first. Park at the valet side and tell them u are checking in. I wasn't told to do that and cost me rm20 just for checking in.

The check-in process was extremely long, though there was only one person in a queue. But it took half an hour! And you also have to leave them 500 myr for security reasons, that they promise to refund after your stay, though nobody mentions it during booking. It will take up to 2 weeks to get them back if you pay by card.

This is my 1st time stayed at The Platinum Suites. The location are great. Very easy to get food because many gerai & restaurants nearby..also nearby klcc, bukit bintang, TRX & jln TAR..
From my apartment the view are KL Tower & TRX building.
Overall i”m satisfied staying here..

The experience is horrible. So horrible that even it's free, I'll be considering whether I'll be back to this place.
1. Check in service slow. It's not a hotel. More of Airbnb operated by a company. If I wanted Airbnb type, I would have booked in Airbnb website.
2. Lift is horribly slow and it takes at least 10mins each time.
3. The unit is dirty and full of ants. Toilet was used even before I stepped into the unit with urine in both toilet, not flushed.
4. One of the reason of booking this unit is the bath tub but obviously it is not properly cleaned with stains.
5. Towels smell bad and one is yellowish.
6. Provided water bottle but unfortunately it was opened and drank before. Yes. They placed a drank bottle on the table. I almost drank from that bottle as I thought it was opened by my partner and I am horrified that it is not
7. Sofa is broken. How is that a good condition to rent out?
8. Deposit RM500. EVEN HIGHER THAN THE HOTEL. This unit must be decorated by gold.
I did message the helpline but all I get is "we will check and clean up". With this price, I would have gotten a better Airbnb or even a proper hotel. If I can ask for a refund, I would. Horrible experience.

Room was good and great. But the check in process was not great and very complicated. One there were Indian security who very rude with customer. In the middle of checking we were been shouted by him . Very not good impression. The room and view was superb but not the staff. And the lift was worst . The worst lift ever. Have to wait more than 20 minutes for the lift. Room and view great. Staff and lift not good.
