Easy for check in, not waiting for too long….nearby shopping mall PUDU Plaza just walk-in from tge hotel because theres have another door to get there. Room is comfy and clean

Overall, better than I expected. Good service all round. Perhaps the hotel could install aircond along the corridoors and please improve the internet connections.

Wifi cannot use , hand shower head broken have to use the paip to shower, water pressure ok , aircond ok, the light is not bright enough one bulb is not working and they do not replace it Iron very dirty. When I checked in that time it was 4.15pm but they told me the room is not ready yet . I have to wait another 15 min only the room is cleaned and ready .

the hotel was clean and well kept. location is good too. but i guess the complimentary breakfast they provide is by far the worst breakfast i have ever eaten in any hotel in any country what so ever in my whole life.
least number of choices. no egg station in breakfast. takes hours to replenish finsihed items....of the very few they ve in the menu. doeant taste good at all to top it up.
the stay experiemce and fhe plus points takes a huge hit...when u go tor the breakfast. else all good.
ow..need to mention.they charge a govt tax of 20 MYR...extra to your bookin charges...which is not mentioned here in trip.com. trip.com please make a note.

Location is fair. Room is small if compare with price, noisy because they Section rooms to smaller fir getting more guests. Some staffs no have service mind, distorted face and prevent themselves to receive problem and requests deposit most expensive compare with same hotel rank.

The hotel is well located for food, however only 1 person at reception as the check in and check out process is slow. Hotel is clean and newly renovated. Aircond is cold only water pressure is low.
