Nice and clean place to stay. easy to deal with the team.The view was stunning and like KL Tower was smack next to your windows. The room was big enough to cater for 4 guess. However the parking lot was so tight for you to manouvere and you need to climb a few floor before you manage to get a spot. KL parking was not cheap (this is expected) so does this facilities. For the club house ammenities you need to pay for a day pass of RM20 per head. The rest I really enjoy the saty and surely will come back and this time maybe I grab a GRAB to check in.

The unit smells like cigar. My kids are complaining about the smell. Linens and towels are also smelly.

Masha Allah, a good place for a staycation in Kuala Lumpur. The place is clean, the equipment is complete, towels and soap are available but we bring our own toothbrushes and toothpaste. Hot water is also available. And the best thing is that the distance to go anywhere is easy because this apartment is in the middle of the city... so if you want to go anywhere it's not too far... even the twin towers and the mall are also 10 minutes on foot. By tax, around RM 5 ringgit. And the owner is VERY friendly... so it makes us happy because he is served well

The location is good, the room is OK, but the soundproofing needs to be further improved! The only thing is that there is a parking fee!

Contacted the host based on the information sent by Ctrip via email. The email was not returned and WeChat could not be added. The process of this kind of apartment hotel was basically the same during the entire Malay trip. In the end, we had to contact Ctrip again. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Twin Towers. There is a 711 downstairs. The room was pretty good. The only thing I complained about was the deposit. We asked for the deposit on WeChat an hour after we checked out. They said we would pay it later. When we checked out, the housekeeper was at the door. I went in to check it for five minutes but it didn't work. Why did it keep If you delay and refuse to give, you have to find Ctrip customer service to coordinate in the end. The most annoying thing is chasing others to ask for things. We have to fly away, and there is nothing wrong with urging us to get our money back.

Perfect accommodation, cost-effective, comfortable beds, clean and tidy I wanted to stay there later, but unfortunately there was no room. I will stay here next time I come to Kuala Lumpur

The staff is very friendly and will tell you where to eat. I live on the 43rd floor and look directly at it. to the tower, especially for family travel
