Very bad hotel. Staying in the guest room is like moving a bed and sleeping on the street. The noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The shouting of people on motorcycles and cars was still very loud until 4 in the morning.
Breakfast was also poor.

We were looking for a new hotel in Kuala Lumpur very carefully. And Hyatt Centric turned out to be almost the only alternative.
Excellent room ergonomics - a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an isolated shower, and a separate toilet, which allows the whole family not to wait for each other during morning procedures.
Nice thoughtful robes, panoramic French windows, capsule coffee in the room, and plenty of drinking water.
Excellent breakfasts, with good cheeses, sliced lightly salted fish and wonderful coffee.
On the 21st floor there is an excellent roof bar, a swimming pool with sun loungers and a chill zone, there are always free places, no need to wait and watch. Right there on the 21st floor is a fitness room, new and well-equipped, with water, towels and green apples.
Of the minuses: the temperature of the coffee at breakfast is too low, the coffee is tasty but barely warm. Probably because of the ice milk that the coffee machine is filled with.

The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are good, but the service is poor. We requested a better floor in advance, but it was not arranged.
