The parking area is a bit scary at night. The ac in the room doesnt work. The room is quite old

Service out, housekeeping kejap kejap ketuk pintu, belum pukul 12 dah ketuk. Benda ada late fee checkout bukannya kita tak boleh bayar tapi receptionist kerek kerek pulak, belum pukul 1 pon dah kecoh.

Good stay

Carpark at the back so scary, unsafe, unless you pay MYR10 to park in front. The reception misleading information, during check in they mentioned late check out at 1pm, no surcharge. When the day for check out it turns out different story. Threatening to charge us MYR50 if not check out by 12.30pm, even ask a cleaner to open our room door, don’t bother to knock first. Pathetic! It can be considered as trespass. TV not functioning; forever. Actually this is our second time staying here. I put on hope that second time could be a different experience, but it turns out similar experience. Too bad

sorry to say . but this hotel really bad . -service out -aircond hot -shower cant change cool or hot -smelly room -hard pillow not recommeded to anyone .

It's very dirty. Receptionist don't know Speak English or Malay. Not respect to customer. Bathroom shower also broken. Internal phone not working. For me this hotel cleanes and services and staff 0% from 100%. Very dirty and bad

Only Price and Location good for me

Everything is good to the point that you even have a 24hr minimart that sells the cheapest beers for tiger long cans at RM10 restaurant sells good good and very Cheap sent to your doorstep, wifi signal doesn't work on level 12. Only 3 power points in the standard room so if you have a lot of electronics bring a multi plug

At 1st check in my room that I booked online has being change reason is all fully occupied. Room condition with no TV channel...wall lamp broken...hot shower on and off. Dirtybed sheet, ....floor not being sweep..aircond not cool.....and worst thing is I have to look for another hotel . Really bad bad hotel .... Lift is hot , from lift to room also very hot due to their off the aircond.......regret to booked this cairnhill hotel.....adiousssss No star for this hotel

please improve ur tv,wifi connection n ur water heater

Ok , Valuable for stay but facilities is old. Nice location.

Aircond not fully functional, slow to cool. Tv not much working. Only 1 channel available.
