The hotel is awesome. Me and my son loved every minute spent there. We enjoyed :
- the evening show at the garden that we watched through the window, no crowds, you can see the whole scenery of the fountains
-the fragrance at the hotel everywhere, it smelled so good
- the breakfast, we tried all kinds of exotic fruits that we’ve never seen before
- the staff is very friendly
- the thoughtful details like greeting from the hotel
- and of course the 2 minutes walk to the Twin Towers

Location wise is very good as it is close to KLCC. Service is excellent as staff were friendly and courteous.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel. Both beautiful and spacious You can do many activities and the staff also provide good service. The price is reasonable and can make my vacation very relaxing. If there is a chance, I would like to bring my friends and family to stay here. This hotel is a cheap hotel. And there are officers who provide good service. Located in a place that is easy to travel to. The area inside the hotel is clean. I really like this type of room. At first, I liked it from the picture, so I booked a room here. But when I arrived, I was relieved because the service here is good. All the staff are lovely and helpful in every aspect. Plus, the price is reasonable for the accommodation. It makes me want to come and relax on a tiring day here.

Four Seasons Hotel KL is nice in terms of services. The staffs are friendly, especially the staffs at the swimming pool. A pool in the middle of the city, you can see one of the Petronas Tower there. The spa experience was good too! The room is nice and clean, spacious and easy access for everything.

Nowadays Four Seasons are not particularly attractive when compared to other luxury brands in town. For a St Regis or Mandarin Oriental, you get way more. However, Kuala Lumpur being Kuala Lumpur, it’s difficult to find good hotels in town anyhow.
This hotel is relatively new, and the hardware isn’t bad. The pool is unappealing, and the concierge service is lacking in that they cannot do anything more than delivering luggage.
Basic things like turndown or in room dining is good. Breakfast is unremarkable.
For the price, it wasn’t bad. For a Four Seasons, well it depends on what you find a Four Seasons to be.

Luggage took 1 hour to arrive after requesting for it n that resulted we missed our Zohor prayers!!!

Booked for second night stay tro hotel - told full not able to book
Book tro Agoda for same room but was downgraded by hotel as same room am staying someone wanted 5 rooms in a row!!!. At least should have upgraded then to downgrade to accomodate. For 6 star hotel this not acceptable

All was super greats (check-in & out, front desk, room, toiletries, ammenities - parking, lift, pools, wifi, coffee-makers, toiletries, toilet, bed, pillows) except for the view that facing a construction site & breakfast buffet which was so-so; a lot of varieties but taste was quite bland especially sambal-based dishes.

The hotel is as advertised. Very premium and everything is well thought. The only area which underwhelmed us was the breakfast. There were a lot of varieties but the food was just ok.

The strategic location of Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, situated in the heart of the city center and adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, contributed significantly to the unparalleled accessibility to major attractions. Being able to explore key tourist spots on foot, coupled with the abundance of convenience stores and delightful eateries nearby, made my stay exceptionally convenient.

She not only warmly celebrated my birthday during check-in but also dedicatedly explained every aspect of the hotel's facilities, including the pool. Her thoughtful guidance enabled me to make the most of the hotel's amenities. Additionally, the delightful anniversary cake she arranged added a sweet touch to the beginning of my journey. Despite minor issues that arose during my stay, Ms. Neoxuan and Mr. Shazarique handled them with utmost professionalism, resolving each concern with remarkable efficiency. Their profound understanding of hospitality truly shone through, ensuring my comfort until the moment I checked out.
