There is additional payment here and there, that made the payment even more than what is displayed in the apps. The room is okay, but what made it dissapointing is the pool was on reno during our trip and the owner didn’t even bother to inform.

However the major renovation of the swimming pool has been completed and has been reopened for use since the 1st of July 2024. The place was cozy and suits for group travellers. The room view was nice too! However the check in service was hassled and the deposit refund was slow as they promise to refund in 24 hours.

The person in charge was nowhere to be seen, the extra charges were a mess, much more than the original extra charges on the app, the deposit was 200 MYR, and in the end I didn't want to get ripped off so I simply didn't move in. The experience was very bad, it really upset me!
