Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre Reviews

The hotel is near to KLCC and also monorel station. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The price is quite expensive but worth it. Staff very kind and friendly. The only thing that not so good is the room is not sound proof enough. I can hear motorbike very clear from my room.

Nice pool .very suitable for my kids. They are very happy and enjoy at the hotel.the staff also very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative… Also the room size is big as compare to other hotel . The hotel location is very nearest to petronas twin tower and KL tower . If I would come again I will definitely stay here

Kids room under renovation. Check in process fast and efficient, staff very helpfull and kind to my family. Breakfast is fine but will not repeat. Overall experience was superb and great. I informed the hotel about the prayer arrow is off. Hopefully they change accordingly.

Good location in kl near the train station. Family oriented hotel. The pool is great. My Kids really enjoy.shall return again

The best hotel I've stayed at ! The buffet breakfast spread was amazing , so much variety of food and everything was delicious. The room we stayed at was so big and clean . All the staff from the reception to the staff at the restaurant , pool side and housekeeping was amazing, service was 10/10, everyone was so nice and helpful! I'm already planning to come back here again !

Great staycation here.. my daughter really enjoyed all the facilities... Just the pool a bit crowded cz need to share with four point hotel. Overall satisfied with everything.

Not enjoy at all..just went breakfast about 20mins and staff asked (with politely) to clear the table because another families still queing outside..the toilet is flooded due to the floor not good leveling..and another issue,the toilet ceiling is leaking

Best trip for us.. just too crowded because of school holidays.. if you come here better go on weekdays.. But still our kids happy so much !!

Overall satisfied except breakfast salad bar area need to reorganise especially 3 tier white shelf. Suggest place all the salad on lower shelf.

Book on the weeknd of school holidays. Swimming pool very crowded. Dont even get seat while waiting the kids in the pool. On the night time its really noisy with the mat rempit. But the mattress is super comfortable. Staff so friendly.

Actually I'm quite satisfied with my stay,bed,foods etc.everything was good ,but one thing made my mood spoiled when my deluxe king room's toilet got smoking smell that disturbing me and my husband.The smell does not disappear.My hubby not a smoker.I don't know if they had tried make the smell go away before we checking in.So please don't made this happened again.Im coming here for the second time.

Great location. Friendly staff and service. Club lounge was definitely worth the value. Pool was crowded but understandable as it is very family-friendly. The room service menu was too expensive though. The view of KL Tower was awesome!
