It was a great stay, the room looks exactly the same with the photos. Walking distance to pavilion areas. The downside is just the room tv has limited choices, even there is astro supersport, but is not in service at all.

Although I have only stayed for one night, the amenities inside room is perfect for my need even for one week stay. I will definitely consider rebooking next time

Hotel didn’t have my booking number..
Stuck almost 1 hour to settle it.
Chat with trip.immediately settle.
Will come back…need to pay prking Rm4 flat rate if use tng(must verify)per entry.
With card credit Rm9 per entry(weekend rate)
5 mint walk to pavilion.

More of an apartment stay rather than hotel stay. Suitable for families as have washing machine and kitchen facilities. Most eateries and mrt/monorail are a 5to8min walk away. For the price paid, it’s a worthwhile consideration within the Bukit Bintang area, if you are looking for more of an apartment style stay.

The room is very big. There are two rooms in the duplex on the upper and lower floors, and one is a suite.
There is a kitchen for cooking and tableware and kitchen utensils are provided, and the washing machine has a drying function which is very convenient.
But the hygiene situation is not very good! A used cleaning cloth was found buried in one of the toilets. And the toilet smells bad
