Location was great 👍 just a minutes away to Berjaya Times Square and another couple of minutes to Lalaport Mall
Our check-in was smooth,just show your passport if you booked online (trip.com) 👍
Room with refrigerator is a plus 👍
Room with complimentary bottled water and coffee ☕️
Room was clean with comfy bed 👍
Mono rail was just nearby so you could reach other places 👍

+++can leave your luggage after checkout so you could freely walk around the area with no luggage to carry while enjoying the free hours in KL🙂
For improvement: the towels was a bit old.. maybe can improve.. but not an issue for us since it's clean .
Still a good value for the price of 3star hotel ❤️
