We loved our stay in Crown.Its geographical location is the best as it really is a 10minute walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers. It’s amazing too that they have a bar downstairs for those who wants to drink yet do not want to go too far. Hard Rock Cafe is nearby too. The reception is very good as well and they provide a map of all the places surrounding the suite.Will definitely come back to this serviced suite.

Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Crown Regency Serviced Suites offers wholesome and great accommodation at affordable price. 10 minutes walking to KLCC and its surroundings, Suria KLCC and Avenue K, the local Nasi Kandar Pelita and Golden Triangle. The hotel has smart TV with varieties of channels, such as news, movies, kids, sports and radio. Cooking utensils and refrigerator are available for in-room quick cooking and food storage. Irons and hairdryer equipped for clothes and hair preparation. Convenience stores located within a stone's throw, with myNews and CU Mart available for quick grocery needs and stalls for food galore. Will recommended others to stay here

Near to many attraction places. East accessible to twin towel. Will stay again.

The hotel is good.. im asking for non-smoking room but it’s full, so they make the effort to ask house keeping to spray the room before we enter which it is a simple yet good kindness. The hotel is so near to klcc until u can see it from the hotel!

First try for this hotel. Location is convenient, opposite have McDonalds which u can order on the app to facilitate faster selfcollect. It is cost-effective if u do not mind the cons.

The location is good, walking distance to both KLCC and Pavillion. The room and common areas are well kept and clean. Will book again if returning for another leisure trip.

I came once in Jan 2023 but forgot to leave a review . There was an indian guy(im not sure the exact race but he could speak malay)- he was very kind and helpful in asissting me for the check-in . The concierge staffs were also kind . My second visit in Dec 2023 and took a bigger room . The chinese guy staff was kind and helpful too . The 2 bedrooms apartment was nice and cozy . Housekeeping staffs and concierge staffs were always helpful and friendly . There are many stalls nx to the hotel and also there will be few foodtrucks just opposite the hotel's door . Halal foods are easy to find in this area . You can also walk to KLCC like 10 mins away . There are also convenient store nx to the hotel and across the street and few other fast foods across the street too . Loved coming back here coz the location is good and the pool is facing the twin tower . Good view while swimming ! This time round i used the washing machine and dryer, its so useful for travellers . Room was spacious and clean. Minor upgrades done and it's nicer. Bed and pillows were firm enough. Friendly staff and a light bulb that's not working was promptly attended to.

I have been going here for years. I love that it is so accessible to everywhere. Wanted to try their newly renovated rooms. Front office shahadat was very patient and assisted with the upgrade. The rooms now have bidet! Love love the renovated layout. Makes the space so comfy. And thank you for the daily housekeeping. Will come back soon!
