Convinient for family vacation,beautiful view,good qualifications but the air conditioners were not really cool so we need to use fan,add more folks,spoons in case the passangers want to cook by themselves.

Spacious hotel suitable for family. Kids are happy to come here near to town

The place is nice for a gateaway for a day or 2 . The apartment is not as clean as it needed to be.. Stains in the Mugs .. towels have a musty odour.. when requested for 2 kitchen towels and an extra single comforter, it was denied . The excuse was no extra comforter, and the kitchen towel only could have 1, but in the apartment, there was none! The security is good .

The units were big and comfortable for my family. Fixtures and fittings exhibited some wear and tear but overall it was a comfortable experience. Will Be back.

The room is spacious and clean. They refill the toiletries daily once used.

I’m a regular visitor to this place. Nice location, nice size apartment with good size rooms and beds. Nice view of KL tower and city.

"I recently stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the alor night market, plenty of bars and massages in walking distance, with plenty of restaurants.

Nice n best hotel for family. Very wide place to stay. So satisfied so far.

Overall is okayy except for the concept of parking.. Maybe can make card for guest tap to go in and out that dont need to pay.. If 1 day guest go out 3-4 time then need to pay rm5 i think it is a waste

The concierge at the bottom floor is non-existent, you'd have to take the lift to the floor of the swimming pool to check in, handled by the staff of the cafe. Everything else was alright.

Ok. Bfast tak ok. Lambat. Parking problem. Kata rm5 bila nak check out jadi rm15. Kena bergaduh dgn guard dlu baru dpt rm10

Location was okay. Kind of near to bars and other locations. However the toilet drain stinks. The constant smell of urine even before anyone uses it. Towels had stains on some of then
