I loved the room, it was very spacious and clean. My only concern was the front desk attendant, Nisa, who was rude and appeared untrained in customer service. She seemed unwilling to answer inquiries, and her consistently sarcastic demeanor negatively impacted not only my experience but also that of other guests. Overall, my stay was good.

Location good, service was so so. Boom 6 rooms for group travel. The facilities are not the best, 1 of the room are having sewerage smell, and faulty door. However, room is spacious considering the price paid.

A perfect place to explore China town and its not too far of a walk to Bukit Bintang as well. Pacific Express has great service. Clean rooms and a sufficient breakfast for the price.

Worst! Not habitable! No place to park! In a group of dilapidated buildings, there are a lot of Indians everywhere! The surrounding environment is too bad! Don't dare to check in at all
