Pavilion hotel location is up stairs pavilion bukit bintang . Hotel service is good but the room no nice . Breakfast is nice . A lot of choice .

Very nice hotel, good location, near shopping mall and night market.

Extremely convenient location right above the Pavilion Mall. Due to its location, pick up and drop offs will be able to skip the jam along Fahrenheit to Sungei Wang. Lobby is at Lv1, while the hotel reception and restaurants are at lv8, the sky pool at lv 18. Staffs were all very helpful, Was extremely thankful to get a free upgrade to one with a huge bathtub. There are turndown service every evening, whereby different incense and essential oils will be top-up for you. Amenity kit provided in the room was extensive! Hotel free WiFi was also decent! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Some signs of age observed at this hotel. This time round one of the three lifts carrying guests to their rooms at 8th floor lobby was under maintenance. There had been quite a few instances where many of us were waiting for the same lift. Convenience of this hotel to shopping and food district cannot be emphasised more. If you want a quiet sanctuary, this should not be your choice. Strong smell of thinner every morning when you get to breakfast. All of us smelt it, we feel bad for the staff working there.

Managed to check in early upon arrival at 1pm, amazing service from reception. Hotel as an infinity pool and gym at the highest floor. Convenient location as it’s located in the city center, connected to Pavilion Shopping Mall gives great access to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was great about this hotel but obviously there were some hiccups that could be avoided. First, I requested like a month before my stay that I would not want a block view but when I checked-in in the evening, I got a view of a very close proximity of 2 buildings. But the staff on duty said there were no more rooms available. But in the first place, did the management read my request. So later in the night, I went down again to the check-in counter. I was impressed with Mr Frankie, the manager on duty that he was all out to ensure I got the room I wanted. Even confirmed with me the view that I wanted as he showed me from that level 8. This what I called excellent customer service. So the club room on level 17 to 15. I really appreciated his effort on this. The breakfast at the club lounge was nothing compared to the one at level 8. Disappointing is the word. So the next 2 days we were to level 8 where there was a spread of food. The only thing I noticed that there were not enough staff to clear the plates. Pity the staff on duty as both days I were there, it was full house. I must thank them for effortlessly doing their job well. Despite all these, I could not deny I love the ambience, the room service, the breakfast (satay for breakfast!) and the night daily aroma scent. Awesome!

Travelled with 2 kids age 5 & 7. Hotel is connected to pavilion mall. E wifi from e hotel n the shopping mall is very good so can save a bit of own data. Ordered their room service, had a very bad encounter, may be im just unlucky. Buffet selection is reasonable, edible and nothing fanciful. Theres a club room for kids at lvl 15, can play toys and watch movie. For the location i will most likely return even though nothing extremely fantastic.

The best place to be which offers great service. Staff are calm and helpful, though no late checkout. The greats choose this hotel. Was looking forward to breakfast, but standard has dropped yet again (this is on 20/6 and 21/6). Also wished some parents could teach themselves and their kids not to dirty the food at buffet breakfast.

Loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast spread was excellent, staff were all helpful and friendly. Clean amenities. Room was great! Will definitely be back here for our next stay in KL. 10/10 recommend 👍

from the arrival to the check in, everything was impressive. drop off point is at level 1, while reception was at level 8. a staff kindly took our bags when we alighted from the car while we went to check in. we arrived around 1pm and check in was supposed to be 3pm. the room was ready, and the hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a room on the highest possible floor. it was my husband’s bday so there was decoration hung above the bed frame. i appreciate the effort. shortly after, our bags came. the room was amazing. everything we needed was provided for. best part is the hotel is connected to the mall. gym was GOOD; pool was nice too. wonderfullest experience ever.

Great place, clean and convenient. Worth the price. We started that the start was to celebrate a birthday and they decorated the room with balloons and provided a cake later that night which was much appreciated. LBreakfast was adequate, coffee wasn't good so you can skip that. Staff was decent and generally helpful. Housekeeping did not top up shower gel on first night so we had to request when we returned.

Greeted by friendly doorman and direct us to level 8 hotel reception for check-in. Breakfast spread is decent but abit crowded every morning. Room is clean and bed is comfortable but the aircon seems too cold and suddenly abit warm in the middle of the night. Overall stay is very nice and well rested. The only issue is didn’t managed to have my late check out. When I placed booking, it stated Trip Diamond member tier can enjoy late check out. When I approached the reception lady (wasn’t friendly) she said it has nothing to do with their hotel. Felt cheated and disappointed. Because my flight is late night and I have to loiter for half a day.

We loved the corner room! Everything was great during our 5 night stay. Breakfast had good variety.
