great location and views ^_^ the staff is nice too overall I had a nice experience thank you so much

Location is good, but cleanliness is the worst ever I have had experience! Beside have lots of baby cockroach 🪳 all over the bathroom & bed side. The hotel provide very less amenities, not as in the hotel advertisements, mosquitoespray also can'tsupply, refrigerator not functioning at all. Not staying there any more, & not recommended other to stay.

Nice place to stay at the sogo area....suitable for couple and family...but the receptionist it very poor and slow to take a response....

Everything ok. One of my favourite hotel in town located next to Sogo Shopping Mall. Breakfast OK only need to fast refill the food..limited food

This is my second time to Campbell Hotel. Center location, Sogo is just across and Jalan Tar nearly behind. There's mall inside the building. Just need to improve the registration because it's a bit slow. Everything else is good.

It’s located in great location, which is Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. Room got cockroach, very terrible experience 😢 Need more attention from management.

Room infested with cockroaches (i mean a lot of cockroaches especially behind the skriting and under the carpet You need to bring insect repellent or else they will bite you during sleep Breakfast buffet was bad. Not topup and limited choice

1st time check in this hotel and the staff hotel waa very friendly. Room was clean and tidy. My family was enjoy it. Breakfast waa included in this price and the food was tasty. Recommended to book for traveller who was to shoping @ SOGO MALL.

I recently stayed at the Grand Campbell Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and found it to be a budget-friendly option. The hotel appears newly renovated with freshly painted walls, creating a pleasant ambiance. The location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to Campbell Mall and within walking distance to SOGO, is convenient. The presence of a 7-Eleven in the same building is a plus for quick necessities. However, I encountered a downside as there were small roaches in the room. Fortunately, they provided Shieldtox upon request. Despite this, the overall cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the bed was both clean and odor-free. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and it's worth noting that the reception requested a deposit upon late arrival, despite the lack of nearby open ATMs. After some inconvenience, they eventually waived the deposit requirement. In summary, the Grand Campbell Hotel offers affordability, cleanliness, and a central location, but be mindful of minor inconveniences like water pressure and the deposit policy.

Staycation near by Sogo Mall ,7-11 n easy to find food near by hotel ✅ If u looking for Vintage item u can window shopping at Campbell Mall ♥️ Parking per Entry rm7 Deposit rm50 Breakfast was good but i advise prepare more kind of food specially for weekends stay 🥰 Overrall was good 👍
