Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very gd. Room is clean. First time staying there n will definitely come again.

The hotel is small size but have the necessities here. The downside is the glass door which separates toilet and bathing site in hotel’s bathroom may bang the cement wall in loud sound if you didn’t close it gently. Can hear some sound from the next door as the hotel rooms are close to each other but it’s acceptable for me. Location: can walk to TRX mall / TRX MRT in 10 mins, walk to royale chulan hotel in 15 mins, walk to pavilion in 10 mins. Strategic location but it’s quite hideous and dark at night as u need to walk a small distance from the main road to reach the hotel. Still ok for me as I walked alone at night and there’s street light, able to reach hotel safely. Facilities: saw the gym which is the size of a few hotel rooms here. Didn’t book the hotel with breakfast. Service: there’s someone to open and close the main glass door of the hotel in and out for you. The hotel person suddenly rang my doorbell near 11pm which scares me but he was to bring me 2 extra water bottles of 500ml (the room already has 2 water bottles) even if I didn’t ask for. I guess it’s a gentle gesture as I drank around 5 water bottles of 500ml and threw in the hotel room dustbin.

Although the room is a bit narrow , it is enough to stay . bed room and toilets are clean . Staff are very friendly too. Easy to walk out to the nearest restorens and 13mins to the down town area by grab. Overall 4/5.

Room is confined, parking is limited. Cleanliness maintained. Overall good.

Location at heart of city, room is tidy and clean, parking is free but limited lit.

Really bad experience on parking.limited parking slot and force to park at private parking.very inconvenience and high cost. Will not visit again.

Clean and comfy good location walking distance to TRX and Bukit Bintang

The room is compact but comfortable in overall. However the hotel location is a bit hidden at inner road whilst the road is a bit dark. The breakfast was good and serve in good ambient restaurant.

Staying for second time. Satisfied and grateful for the friendly service from the all the staff. Thank you!

The location of this hotel is just a stone throw away from The Exchange Mall TRX. If you take MRT, the nearest station to this hotel is TRX station. You can also walk to Bukit Bintang which is around 500 metres from the hotel. The room is quite spacious for the price we pay. The room is clean and the bathroom is well appointed. The staff is welcoming and I think overall this hotel is a great choice for traveller on a budget. However, there are certain things that could be further improved. Firstly, the selections of food during breakfast could be improved especially on hot dishes. Secondly, the location of the hotel is not on the main road So, it would be a bit unpleasant for the solo traveller to walk at night. Thirdly, the lift is a bit slow, so expect to wait a little bit longer especially on the peak time.

Little place near to TRX. We’ve stayed there because we had several meetings with friends which can easily be arranged in TRX. Different type of restaurants are also available around, just choose.

First time my daughter traveled alone to Kuala Lumpur.. Thank you to very helpful and friendly staff of J-Hotel..

Small cosy room. Clean and comfy What I like most about it is - this place is quiet You can walk to TRX; less than 10 mins walk Also walkable to pavilion Highly recommended 👍🏻

Location was great except that the room I was allocated to wasn’t the cleanest with strands of hair lying around. Requested for a change in room and it was much cleaner. Room is not sound proof at all and you can literally hear everyone’s conservation from next door. Other than that, all is good and had two great nights.
