Roam a bit small..but ok since i just solo traveler.the lack was there is no iron provide in the room..but the receptionist so helpful.will be come here for next time.

Room is small but nice,is really enough for solo travel. location so far ok,food and convience store is just outside opposide the hotel. Also gym and swimming pools at rooftop. Share kitchen and rest area at lvl1.

Multiple time stay in this place. Good location. All was good except for the noise at night because this round the room view is facing the highway. Thanks the housekeeper for cleaning the room everyday satisfied service with this price rate

It’s a good space for families and the facilities like swimming pool n gym is nice. Location wise is fine if you are going to be taking grab. Always caught in a jam and somehow confusing for some drivers.

Always my fav place to stay. Restful night's sleep, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking.

Sink and shower area is a bit clogged, takes a while for water to come down. Was expecting for a cable tv to watch English movies, it's all local Malay channel. Wifi signal is a bit slow. Breakfast buffet can and should have more options. Place is accessible to convenient store and good options to eat. Overall I like the vibes of the place, very cozy and quiet.

The service was good and clean. With more guests now, we have to wait for a long time before we can reach ground floor from our hotel room.

good location is good and room is clean but check in takes long if done at the counter..

Check in strictly at 2pm, no early check in available even if 10 mins early. Check out strictly at 12pm, no late check out available. Room is basic needed for stay, nothing much to comment. Cleanliness definitely need to be improved, Stain and Sticky Stain on Table, Dirty Stain on Sofa. TV Remote controller no battery upon check in, needed to get help from hotel staff. Overall, If the price is right and don’t mind using some wet wipes to clean table it’s still a reasonable stay. Must book Studio Plus apartment, If not room very small. Plus point is level can only access by access card, Safety is there.

No amenities kit and no bedroom slippers. Housekeeping was not able to offer another piece of towel. For the price the room is clean and good enough for a room night stay, albeit slight odour from toilet and a spider web at corner of the kitchenette area. Room type request not met due to reason of no availability but my friend who checked in after me got it without request.

Good: Location is very central, room was comfy, quiet with sufficient sound proof. Bad: No toothbrush provided, centralise air con-either too cold or too hot.

Comfortable & pleasant stay. Check in staffs are warm & friendly.
