Great little hotel. Micro sized rooms, more futon than bed arrangements. If you struggle getting up off the floor, perhsps this is not for you, unfortunately.
Room in great condition, the reception , cleaning and catering staff are very helpful
The breakfast was brief, but hits the spot in a happy way if you're hungry.
I loved the location short walk to the Medan Tuanku monorail stop..raised walkway to 50 meyres to the hotel. Other end of the monorail is Sentral station.
A reallybnice roti canai and fried chickem shop just down the road
An efficient lift, and a spare space for another just opposite. .
Will stay again in the future.

It is a nice small place, good for budget.
The room is clean and simple.
The only issue I had was the paint smell in the room, that was quite bad at some point.

The accommodation was small but sufficient for us. The room was clean, and we appreciated its proximity to public transportation. We also had a nice view from our room, which was a great bonus. However, since the hotel is located in front of a big road, it can be quite noisy at night. Thankfully, the staff provided earplugs, which we could request from the lobby. The staff were really friendly and helpful overall, but we encountered an issue with the cleaning staff that left us quite frustrated. When we asked for fresh towels and mineral water without requesting housecleaning, the cleaning staff suddenly told us there was a charge. This was surprising because, in most places, fresh towels and water are provided daily even if housekeeping is not requested. Even the receptionist had earlier told us these were available at no extra charge, but the cleaning staff insisted otherwise. The inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, with good amenities and a convenient location, but clearer policies and better staff communication would improve the experience. Very recommended!
