The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and a great on-site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Tbh all good. Just the lift omgggg so slow have to wait for quite some time. That’s annoyed me the most

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as pleasant as usual. The check in was very smooth and it took us 10 mins (probably bc we checked in during non peak hour). However, something could be done with the access card as it took us many tries to scan the card and press our room level. The waiting time for the lift was long. Initially the infinity pool has the KLCC view but this time, it was blocked by the other hotel which i believe is the sister company of the Face Suite. Overall a pleasant stay!

Wanted to use bathtub but hot water is not enough to use it even tho already turned on hot water heater. The view from swimming pool is nice. Got free upgrade but can't overlook twin towers from the room.

The room was really spacious, perfect for families! They have amenities such as iron, microwave etc which was really great, they always have shelvings everywhere so you really have a lot of space to unload and put your stuff HAHA. The sky deck is perfect if you want a nice view of the KL tower and Petronas Tower!

This property is Amazing..5star indeed! The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was impeccable..spacious, clean and its truly home away from home.

The accommodation and location is great but heads up if you’re booking because you’ve seen the photos of the pool online - book face style instead, it’s built in front of this obscuring the view of the Petronas towers. Also, not enough lifts, lengthy waits. Still great and still amazing pool though, never too busy either.

Overall experience is very nice. Can't say anything other than that. Specially pool view. Superb!! Room is very spacious and clean. 🤩

Pleasantly surprised with the size of our one bedroom suite. Comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. Big toilet and spacious living room. Good for big groups travelling together. Near to mrt and LRT stations. Can also walk to klcc in 10-15mins if want to.

Very helpful workers, super nice and friendly. Lots of help from them with the rooms and where to go and eat. Nice rooms and CLEAN. The sustainability things that the hotel is doing is impressive. Very happy with the experiences with the hotel. Especially with Khine, Nutchaya Reynaldo. Would rate it 9/10, good enough experience.

Comfortable and large room! Unfortunately the twins tower view blocked🫠

When you come here and stay you will not regret it. Malaysia have the best property. Very classy and artistic name this hotel own just like its name, the design of the hotel and the lobby really outstanding than what i expect.

We arrived very early at 7am.. and we left our bags at the hotel. And was nice that the hotel staff checked us in at 12pm so that we could wash up and take a rest after an overnight travel. The superior 2 bedroom apartment that we booked was big and spacious. Cleanliness of the sofa and bed is good.. the hotel location is accessible to amenities and near tourist attractions. The only thing is that the aircon is not so cold even at 18 deg.. after all everything is fine.
