My second time staying here; but first time having to deal with staff at the ground floor. Towels are still very old and haven’t been replaced. Check in was fine but wasn’t welcoming. Check out was lovely and smooth.

We only got one queen bed and one sofa bed instead of one queen bed and one single bed but the owner was responsible and responsive to provide a mattress overall service is 4.5 out of 5

Convenient check in and check out. Great location above shopping mall and connected to MRT with facilitiesike gym, swimming pool and even sauna

Noisy apartment cause by the highway vehicles & MRT running in front of the bedroom. No ventilation fan inside the toilet. Bed & pillows are okay. Low floor.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others, although there is some room for improvement.

The aircon was broken with a huge krrrr sounds 24/7 can't sleep well at night because it's too noisy , told the management only reply with no more other room, pls repair your stuff , service also not good, didn't know the parking and asked all the way never answer until i found the parking myself , they only send me the PDF. Location was good , room was good except the aircon.

Last minute book, just few hours before check in time. The management team was very helpful. With photos and video guide, it was a very easy check in/out. Need to transfer rm200 for security deposit, the refund process also smooth within 3 days after check out. Provided 1 single bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. Basic and functional amenities. Would be nice if got carpet because the flooring quite cold, and iron board. Overall, we love the place. Surely will book again soon😁

Parking susah. Dapat parking pun org lain ambil. Cadar mcm x tukar. Kebersihan kena jaga. Towel pun ada bau sesuatu. Tapi view mmg Cantik. Harap management kena cek dlu before org checkin

Really horrible stay in my life. Dusty and terrible smell from toilet until I need to buy air refresher to have my terrible night over there. Other than rm200 as a deposit , unit owner stil requesting for IC prior revealing unit details ans key release that make me feel very uncomfortable. If make it so strict why stil asking for the deposit?

mostly good and satisfying. things to improve, the host can reply earlier and faster communication.
