We booked for 3 BR, but when we arrived they said it was sold out, then try to give us separate apartement. We didnt accept And then they tried to give another apartement 2BR + extra bed in the living room. But they tried to give us exactly 3BR apartement that they said from another company. The rooms were cleaned But no hot water, we couldm't do laundry, remote ac only 1 for 3 BR

Great location. You can see very nice view of KL at night time.

I had experience staying in apartment residences in KL and this is possibly the worst experience ever. The condition of the unit given to us was very bad. Starting from the first thing we stepped into the unit, the air con controller was not working and it took them literally the next day to deliver the promised battery. Based on the number of attached pictures, you can tell how bad the state of the unit is. -broken air con cover -dirty sofa cushion seat -broken bidet spray -stained towel -stained bedsheet -uneven flooring(unable to cover the door completely) Honestly, I’ve never take the effort to comment how good or bad my hotel stay is but this time is really different. I believe the room provider has to improve on its service and the condition of the unit or risk losing more customer. Pros: location and rooftop infinity pool

Very convenient place to stay and close by to klcc, pavilion shopping mall and famous place for local food at kampung baru. I stay at king bed studio suite very huge big space for the suite.

I also stayed at the face hotel. The face hotel was cleaner. And the face service was better.

It's not a guest room in the Fez Hotel, but a low-end apartment contracted by private parties. Don't be fooled by names such as platinum suites. The sanitation is poor. There are many ant-like insects on the dining table as soon as you enter the door. After the staff came up to deal with it, many more appeared the next day, and the cabinet next to the refrigerator was also on the cabinet! No slippers in the room, no hair dryer! No full length mirrors! No kettle! Should be endless! ! What's even more frightening is that the towels are dirty and black, and I don't know how many years they have been used! Can't take a shower at all! ! The TV in the room was removed, and the TV in the living room couldn’t be turned on at all~ The waiters were 3 male Indians, and there was no receipt for the deposit. When you finally check in in the middle of the night and find these problems, you don't dare to call someone for service. The infinity pool on the roof can't see the Petronas Twin Towers, which is completely blocked by the adjacent hotel building. The advantages are not completely absent, such as spaciousness, too many cabinets on the wall, which are useless, and the scenery outside the window can still be seen. In short, you have to make good psychological expectations when you stay!

Stay with family during holidays. Located in The City Center. Near to KLCC and Petronas Twin Tower. Room was spacious and clean. AC good 🥶. Staff friendly and helpful. Infinity Pool was awesome with great view. Recommended accommodation at KL
