Stay for 3 days 2 nights and I’ve enjoy my stay. Location, cleanliness and service are excellent. I would definitely come back again…

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel located near Pasar Seni MRT and MRT station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there.

Excellent location and it’s within 5 mins walk to Chinatown (Petaling Street) where you can get all sorts of street food. And there are also new and chic cafes around the hotel too! Claypot chicken rice, barbecue chicken wings, fried noodles, cafes and even durians! Quite happening! Just remember to request for rooms with no connecting doors as you could literally hear people chatting next door!

We had a connecting room on the 10th floor.. This was our 4th stay back to the hotel. We are very pleased with the location, rooms and service. Keep up the good work!

Very convenient, 3mins walking to Chinatown, surrounded by bars, restaurants and attractions.

Excellent location in the heart of the best tourist area of KL. Walking distance to all sites of interest.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, clean room, and the room had pretty good views as we were on the 18th floor. Wide variety of food options just right outside the hotel and it’s a comfortable walking distance to Petaling Street Market. Will visit again.

Located near Petaling Street ( Chinatown ), check in lobby and swimming pool is at level 7. Nearby have a lot of restaurants and shops to make you busy. The room is clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Wifi connections are also strong.

Overall, the location is good for light shopping, food and atmosphere but traffic is very bad leading to the hotel, compared to staying at Bukit Bintang. The entire place is clean, feels new ans staff are friendly. The only disappointment came right at the end during checkout: counter staff (I presume is high-ranking) wished me Happy Birthday and asked if I received my birthday cake accordingly. I said NO since there was no mention during check in nor any cake received. I was given complimentary parking RM5 to make up for it. But I was disappointed and wished I hadn't found out about a cake I was supposed to receive.

Nice hotel. Very well located. Good service and utilities. The breakfast also has plenty of choice.

Probably nicest hotel in Chinatown and only 3 min walking away from Pasar Seni station. Clean room, nice staffs, and convenient location make this hotel a great choice for all Chinese speaking tourists who lacks in English.
