The apartment is big like a studio size, it’s comfortable and equip with full facilities . The sky pool view is worth to see.We are very enjoy to the trip.

Would not recommend. Dingy hallways made me feel unsafe. Staff were not helpful and when we arrived we checked in with ladies sitting outside on wooden desks as opposed to at a reception. Photos we saw online were very misleading. Upon arrival these ladies didn’t greet us and demanded that we pay a $200 bond. Had not seen anything like that online. Rooftop pool is beautiful and about the only positive. Needs more chairs up there as people were being told they couldn’t sit on the decking itself. Overall not too happy w this stay. Won’t be coming back.

This is my second time stay at here . Will repeat again if I came back to Kuala Lumpur. Everything is so satisfy at here . Parking is good and secure. My kid don't want to leave this hotel😂

We storaged the luggage after checking out and told the staff that we will get it back at 1:30pm. Turns out we waited for 30mins and decided to get the luggage ourselves! Then the staff counted the deposit wrong and we had to call and claim for the right amount… After all the things, it was already 2pm, our flight is at 4pm and we need 1hr to get to the the airport…

They deduct 100 ringgit deposit bcuse I smoke in side the house . I don't know actually. My apologies for that. After I ask sorry still deduct my deposit 100 ringgit . It's too much

The stay was good. Just a bit inconvenient about the lifts there. Slow and quiet old

There are many apartments together. They are old and dirty, the furniture is dusty, there are dead cockroaches on the stove, and the bathroom ceiling is moldy and black. After taking a shower at night, I found small cockroaches crawling everywhere, and I felt itchy while lying on the bed. , is the worst time I have ever stayed in a hotel. I booked two nights and contacted Ctrip in the middle of the night. After coordination, I canceled the second night. I was suffering all night without sleeping. I was busy looking for a hotel to move to the next morning, and my trip was delayed. There are pictures. There is truth, compatriots must avoid lightning!
