What can I say? Great location with amazing views of the city, awesome amenities (e.g. sky gym, sky garden, infinity pool) and clean & well-maintained rooms 😊 Do note that Ceylonz is more of a condo suite so you won’t be expecting any room service or cleaning. If you need more towels and paper etc, you gotta ask for it at the counter … And you gotta pay for luggage storage once you checkout (a first for me). Some staff appeared nonchalant when I needed help 😒 Minus 1 star for Service from me Overall a great experience :)

Smelling room. Aircond no working. Room no tissue paper. Smelly pillow. No mineral water. Dirty toilet

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in kuala Lumpur. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Everything was perfect.

All good the view, clean but if can please provide sleeper

The room floor is abit sticky, overall clean. Only has two lift for the entire building, hence always need to queue up when taking lift. Full of tourists, the pool is very near to kl tower view, but the pool water is murky and is a relatively tiny pool compared to other residence. Attractions are mostly walking distance, lobby is dark and look worn out. Room is smaller than picture shows.

Very close to the attractions and food market. Has a nice view of the petronas towers.

I was hotel 10 day no room service clean your room for you Only give you coffee or tea or fresh towels only ask for them Front desk Be waiting for the left takes about 20 minutes to half an hour to get your lift I was on 20 floor left keep going pass me.... some people very rude... There shop in hotel very expensive and never have any change . Kuala Lumpur very beautiful but very expensive.. Outside the hotel the security guard keeps blowing whistle all time .. Sorry say not go there again... I'm going back to Sarawak Malaysia There nice people food better and cheaper and drink cheaper to..

Best location, easy to get public transport to Pavilion, China Town, KLCC and KL tower. Nice pool view and facilities good.

The room is quite wide and spacious, location is ok too. The view from rooftop is pretty with playground and all. May have to work on cleanliness as the floor has some stain.They do not offer cleaning everyday only if u live 7 days and above

This time I traveled to Kuala Lumpur with my mother. I was very satisfied with the hotel reservation. The environment was elegant, the price was reasonable, and it was a few minutes drive from the attractions. Unfortunately, I forget hotel provide breakfast. It is recommended for those who drive.The hotel's check-in waiting area is very comfortable, but the check-in counter is unobtrusive.

We found by chance. We didn't expect the place is lovely. Good views grom pool. Wonderful gym. Walkable to bukit bintang and arab street.
