I think is a good hotel, maybe Iโm not lucky enough, my 1st room with leaking aircond but able to change a new room, 2nd room problem with main switch. So the roomโs light was blinking like a Christmas tree. Itโs a very fancy hotel even the switch is by touch, the main reason of blinking light. Water heater not functioning well too.

I had a good stay at this hotel! The loft room was spacious and had a unique design that made it feel cozy yet modern. The most amazing thing of the hotel is their big bathroom with the bathtub.

The hotel I prefer to stay at whenever I visit KL. The decoration and lighting very good . The bed and pillows were comfortable. Enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The hot water spoil during my stay, thus unable to use the bath tub.

The decor was pretty nice, room was very clean as well. The room was small but super cozy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the shower gel smells fantastic! Staff were pretty nice and responsive when we requested for some things like toilet paper or hair dryer. There was a Lotus supermarket, a mamak store and a restaurant beside the hotel but other than that there arenโt any other convenience stores nearby.

Our stay at A&R Urban Hotel so far so good.
But suggest to improve the cleanliness ๐

Room is clean, aircond cold, however I can hear sound from outside the room (door slamming, lobby music), Make up room button wasnโt working well, had to inform staff at lobby

The hotel is so good.Have tub for suite n big for 2 of us.The interior look like cozy hotel.Nice to stay here.But the location a bit far from klcc its take 20 minutes .So far the hotel nice and comfy.Love it
