Only 3 towers provided. Air conditioning not cold enough, good shower. Guess toilet ventilation fun was so so so noisy. 1 bedroom without window. Reception do not have the sign of the hotel name as we book. So we are trying to look for the hotel name on trip.com and connot find.

the hotel soo pretty n have an english concept. however we are a bit dissapointed. The toiletries so important for us. This is our first hotel that there’s no brush or toothpaste, only shower gel. the toilet so smelly. the bedroom when we first come we already smell the smoke. luckily we brought perfume so the smell no more it just the toilet so smelly like someone just poo poo there. not so comfortable in there. everything good just nice except for the toilet. thanks

This property is within a residential area and not a service apartment complex. The check in only available until 8pm. They require cash transfer of RM200-300 before they pass you the key. Not convenient at all for check in/out. The cleanliness within the building also terrible.

Not a good experience from the moment I stepped into the unit. The place had a very strong burnt smell, air con was not cold even after 2 hours, very stuffy. Informed agent about it but nothing done. I solved the problem myself by removing the air con filter and washed it. Didn’t expect it to be so bad, once is enough..

The hotel management have no manners..they entered the home without our permission as we checked out late..the worst service provided for such a beautiful homestay

Its a fun time at Arte..

Rooms are clean but could do with a little more maintenance as we had shaky taps and dirty fridge.

Reception tutup awal so that you guys yg sampai after 9PM takan dapat check in 🙂 and plus numbr phone yg diberi, out of service 😒

Good for a short stay… calm and peace with gardens swimming pools to selfies and photographs with family…

not regret to stay here because its so amazing place with beautiful places to be ootd and a lots of nice view with amazing decoration keep it up 👏🏼👏🏼

1. quite a stain on the sofa and floor 2. quite oily floor 3. zetta kat buliding MK1 share dengan MK3. kalau nak ke tempat lawa MK3 (jacuzzi pods) kena pg sewa kad kat MK3 (Rm20/dipulangkan) tapi kalau nak mandi agak tak selesa since nanti nak turun tukar building org lalu lalang. (tak connecting, kene turun bawah jugak) 4. MK1 floating butterfly tu sgt hampeh sempit dan takde apa. 5. pool biasaaaa sgt. kesimpulan, kalau nak pegi. better amik AMI suites atau Thomas chan. sebab kat situ ada sky pool etc. siyes lawa. (MK2 only)
