Dirty at block B, breakfast is so nasty, expensive room, please be expected Indian traveler. There are many cockroach.

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. TV has no signal, the mattress and bathroom are dirty. The bathtub has cracked and stains. We are afraid to use it. Some of the curtains railing had fallen. Tea and sugar are provided but not kettle provided. Furthermore the room has too much dust and cobwebs. Please improve. I would not recommend it to others.

Very bad service and miss behavior staff we stayed 3 nights and just 2 towels we used it for 3 days photos already uploaded for 3 days we using one towel only and everyday even we calling for towels but they didn't .. I went 2 times to counter and do complaint to one stupid they said we will send you and noted my room but didn't .. very stupid and foolish staff.. rooms also not sound proof and so many noises and disturbance. I will not suggestions anyone to stay this stupid hotel... They do services and happy for... indian people only ...bad smell always in room and hotel . Bath room also very bad and old .. stay away from this hotel... Very bad experience for me

Itโs good for a short stay since the hotel room is old. No towel provided in the room, we have to ask the reception to send towel to our room. Many food outlets around the hotel.

Super bad experience, show us 2 room all with bad dirty sheets & smelly and dirty towels, rooms are smelly , receptionist are super rude , thats only for Indians , receptionist also prefer Indian on us to check in first even we are waiting first , no iron in room , windows are broken hear loud sound , air conditioner on 16 not cooling room at afternoon time. I booked one double and one single bed they give us one double and one sofa bed . Charge MYR50 extra for staying two hour more . around area after 6 are full of homeless peopleโs , bad service, stay away

The location is good, near to masjid, church, museum, train station, shops, foods, markets, banks and historical places to visit. Free parking too.

Location - situated on the centre of the city
With several other attraction of Dataran Merdeka, near the shopping area of sogo and ectc
Price - seem affordable on the centre of KL
Cleaness - the cleaness is a bit dissapointing because the bedsheet smelly and the room is not properly cleaned
The mini fridge also didn't function and seem broken

wirst cleaning and general manager also not supportive it type of dictatorshipveven do argument with Gurst also my bathroom full off water n it come over room wet all n big hair come in pipline very bad service i m not sure owner of hotel know this all or he just in wrong hand poor all service lots of things i want tell here but better get more experience of bad things

Just okay if you are just sleeping. Not really clean and just like a simple motel. Lots of homeless outside the hotel vicinity. Breakfast is okay for its price.

1. Room is spacious.
2. City view - enjoyable view from my room.
3. Two units of air conditioners since the room is
spacious.
4. Mini bar, electric kettle and coffee/tea are provided.
5. Hot water/shower is available.
6. Lobby is spacious and there's a few seats for
waiting area.
7. Decent walking distance to LRT station.
8. Wifi and safety box are working.
