Front desk(receptionist) not friendly..the staff keep on talking to phone while do the check in(night staff) no eye contact & no information given to us..overall was ok

Nice and comfortable hotel. Distance to KL Sentral and easily available aeam transportation facilities.

A shelter to spend time, bed is uncomfortable, dirty found gel nail left on the bed, dirty sheets.Strange design to have the toilet roll right infront /below the water hose which made it impossible to have dry toilet roll if you do not remove the roll.Booked queen room was told no more queen room was asked to top up cash to deluxe room, I rejected and they gave me a single standard room instead,upgrade needs to pay extra but no refund was given when I got downgraded which they claim queen room is the same price as the single room which is only big enough for 1 single bed.Lucky I was there for only 4hr.1000000% not going back.

Staff hotel friendly,considerate and helpful. There is 1 day,I put my room as DO NOT DISTURB, they still provided me the water bottles and left in front of my door. The bed quite comfy for me amd the room quite spacious. Water heater also working well. Just the aircond quite slow and the iron,we need to ask at them main HR if we needed. Overall,im satisfied.

No soap, other then that the location is good to stay in sentral kuala lumpur.recomended to a solo traveller likecme

Location is perfect. Room is very clean and nice. Staffs are not very friendly and one of them is a bit rude. If they can improve customer service, it will be better

Every time we go to kl, we choose this hotel for our stay. I had so many time stay here. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and at a reasonable price. The staff always asking for room cleaning. It is also close to Kl sentral mall, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side street. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.

Nice hotel Recommend

Nice place. Ideal for family or couple, as i’m a solo traveler, the room is big for me,.. What I love the most about it is the water in the bath tub it’s really hot, so you can control the temperature as how hot you want it to be. Petronas Twin tower is just like 5-10minutes away by foot.

order 26 sq meter, but provide around 12 sq meter, tv provide but no clear channel, really very room, lucky I stay alone, otherwise no space to walk, counter can't see staff, my mobile data can't receive signal in the room, location really good, you can take train to almost all corner in KL
