Was a good brand, booked due to its location close to KLCC Need refurbishment if to maintain current price

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

Rooms are clean and very cold. Overall a very nice stay, breakfast were okay too! Until next time Impiana KLCC :)

location: nearby KLCC 5 star cleanlines: i can feel the dirty of the room 2 star staf: the staf was so kind and helpful, also upgrade my room to the suite room 5 star overall: maybe the management of the Impiana should improve their hospitality in terms of maybe renovate their room to the latest design.

Black tiles on wall and the floor of the shower and water does not drain well in shower. Toilet not so clean. Toilet door run down. No handtowels/ face towels provided, noisy can hear walking and jumping from floor above.

Toilet wall stained with blood. Face & hand towel not given, reason I booked superior twin room (the lowest room rate), need to request then they will send to the room. Even the soap do not have a proper container to place it. Telephone not connected to landline. Not even a wire attached to the phone. Door without safety door lock. Only door chain without the guard. Guest safety was not taken into consideration, especially since I was travelled with my daughter. Request for extra water, housekeeping send to the room inside a plastic bag without putting it nicely on the table. Really disappointed stay in this hotel. Will not return.

We had a wonderful stay staying at club deluxe king. Our room is spacious equipped with most amenities needed, clean, has bathtub and we can see the twin tower from our room😍. The staff at reception also friendly. They helps me to get the room with twin tower view which is at first she said all room with twin tower view already filled with other guest. We also get the access to club lounge which we had our breakfast with nice ambience and quiet. The location of this hotel is superb as it has connecting bridge to klcc & bukit bintang for the hotel guest. You can basically walk to aquaria, klcc, klcc park, suria klcc & pavilion. Cons: the fridge & hair dryer not working. The room is not really sound treated, we can hear clearly people talking at the hallway. The aircond is super cold even with the max temperature & low fan. We sleep with aircond off and the room still cold (maybe because of rain during the night). Overall we are happy & will repeat our visit again!

Very goods

My room, on 13th floor, do not come with a chair and writing table.no need executive table and swivel chair, just a decent one will do. Shower, water heater needs to check. Hot water flow is a problem, hot for awhile then cold again and vice versa. Anyway, it’s a good hotel

The hotel rooms were dirty and did not clean every day for 5 nights. Toilet paper was brought with him and gave him 100 bad comments. It's very rubbish. Foreign five-star hotels are not as good as domestic hotels. Chinese friends should not step on pits.

The breakfast is really not as expected, pricey. The room, bed is broken, the bathroom tub was clogged, the sink is clogged. Will not return.
