The location of the place was great, food and drinks can be easily found around the location. However washroom door lock was broken, and no soap for washing hands.

Friendly receptionist.. Comfortable bed.. Very convenient area with Lords food and entertainment.. Great place to stay if you are going for concert at Stadium Bukit Jalil..

Aircon is very old and gave out loud noises. No tissues provided. Overall bad.

We were shocked that our room could be opened by other customers' room cards. We informed the front desk, but the front desk didn't seem to care, so we only told that it would not be opened.

Room is clean and smooth check in. Only that the sound proof because the rooms is shoplot. Easy to found restaurants around.

Prime location, but room very small and not clean. Water pressure very low and the heater sometimes not working.
