I chose this hotel because it had good reviews on agoda, but it was not good at all. WiFi doesn't work, there is no hot water, the hair dryer is broken, the facilities are old, and you can hear the noise from the next room.
Is it near Bank Street? Sogo is also close. Sogo is close, but I don't think it's worth going there.
For 2,000 yen, it's okay.
