If you like taking pictures, come here to check in. Fortunately, we met Ronald. The handsome Filipino guy in the restaurant took a lot of photos for us. The breakfast is delicious, except for the fried noodles.

The hotel staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped with amenities. The bed is super comfortable. There is Mart on ground floor (opens till 3AM) which is convenient.

The stay was generally good however the swimming pools water was dirty and unpleasant and the R floor pool was also dirty and a lot of the mosaic tiles were missing.
Furthermore the front desk if often left unattended often.
The hotel should consider birthday month discounts.
The variety of food served for breakfast should be a little more exciting rather than just local nasi lemak and fried noodles. In Malaysia there are much more varieties of breakfast that could be served.
A small complemetry gift also had terms and conditions.
The rooms very nice but not well maintained especially the plaster of Paris.
Generally the stay was okay I would only rate this hotel only a 3.5 out of 5 only.

The finishes are truly beautiful, however, the quality of the materials leaves something to be desired, especially considering that I booked through the hotel's official website.
