We loved our stay in Dorsett Hotel. Their location is super good because it’s walking distance from Pavillion and Jalon Alor night market and to the Twin Towers as well. I love that they also have water dispenser in the lobby.In the reception area, people are so warm and friendly and he asked me if I have any complaints or feedbacks and I mentioned that only the toilet which didn’t have any glass that’s why the water on the floor, we have to wipe often. Other than that, the unit itself and the breakfast buffet are super excellent.I will definitely come back into this hotel and will recommend to my friends.

Good location, walking distance to TRX mall and Pavilion shopping mall. Hotel room is big, have 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.

Right next to KL Ritz-Carlton hotel, 10 mins walk from Bukit Bintang train station, but hotel room is a little old, generally we had a good stay.

Lovely and a smooth experience i had in Dorsett. The place is clean and worth my money. Service is extremely excellent as well being provided by the hotel. Will definitely come back soon.

The toilet is too small, mineral water is not provided, the lighting in the room is a bit dim, and you have to go to the toilet to mackup.

Great location, walking distance to Pavillion and TRX. Cleanliness is good, breakfast is good.

This the hotel I always stayed when I go to Kuala Lumpur . Near to train station and restaurants. Will recommend this hotel.

A simple basic hotel. Would be great if they had 1) hand towels/small towels. Only 1 bath towel per person provided. 2) complimentary bottled water. They told us to drink from the tap in the toilet as it is filtered water. Anyway location is great!
