Response from Property: Thank you for staying at our hotel. From the pictures, it looks like you had a fruitful trip visiting the newly developed TRX and the hotel's surroundings! As for food prices, prices have indeed been on the rise in the past year - however, these prices are actually standard in the entire Klang Valley, even at places where mostly locals frequent. We hope your stay was pleasant and wish you safe travels on your onward journey!

Indeed, we do have a seuciryt deposit of RM200 which is fully refundable to guests provided no charges or expenses are incurred in the hotel during the stay. Whilst we agree that in an ideal situation it would be easier to go without a deposit, the deposit is unfortunately necessary for the hotel to recuperate losses from damages to the property such as stained towels from guests dyeing their hair in the rooms, property damage and the additional time and effort required to clean and rid rooms of smoke. By doing so, it allows us to continue offering low prices to all other guests and only passing on the additional costs to specific guests when damages or additional expenses are incurred. WE thank you for your understanding on this and for choosing to stay with us. We hope that the deposit amount does not deter you from choosing to stay with us again on your next visit to KL! till next time!
