Great skyline view as requested. Love the quietness of the hotel, very good sound proof system. Breakfast not much options but taste good nevertheless.

Good location as it is in the central area of KL. excellent view and service. Rooms are clean and everything is good.

We love the room. It was very big and spacious. The bathroom was big and exactly like the picture shown. The view was amazing. Breakfast is also good. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay, very friendly service and warm welcome by the staff, room was clean, toilet and bathroom was excellent. Nice heated pool (water was nice and warm) and gym. Closer to the the Petrona twin towers and mall (other shopping complexes) I believe around 9mins walk and also close to some yummy restaurants..really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking again. I highly recommend this place.

Wanted to find a hotel near city centre and came across Element, which was within my budget. Bed was very comfortable - I felt very well-rested. Definitely Heavenly, as its name suggests. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Ordered in-room dining for some of my meals and food was fantastic. Would return to stay here next time I’m in KL!

overall is good. close to twin tower, walking took less than 10mins. in between two MRT. room is spacious and clean. friendly staff. complimentary coffee tea in lobby. room face east with mountain view, super love it. got a mini kitchen, convenient to wash fruits and heat up food.

Late check in but was attend by a greatful receptionist. The lobby at level 40. Unique experience. Room is spacious. Very satisfy my wity my staying. Would love to come back to this hotel soon!

This is a relatively new hotel with great service. Amenities are provided. It has a microwave but no minibar. The aircon is not that cold. But overall a great place to stay and in close proximity to KLCC.

The room is spacious and clean with a good city view. A body weighing scale is even provided in the bathroom which is quite surprising. We used it to weigh our luggage but the downside is the battery was low. Other than that everything is satisfactory. Recommended to stay.

Walking distance to both MRT and LRT. Hotel room was very clean and spacious. Love their indoor pool. The water is quite warm.
