Our room was very old and dirty with cockroaches. Hotel room picture and reality is 180 digree. srry i feel bad and scary. It was a hard looong night.

The facilities and services can fit its price Don’t expect too much You get what you paid

The photo published is totally different from the one i received and stayed. No big window, only very small window at the end of the edge of the room. The bathroom is not clean and hot water was not functioning. Only 1 aircond for the entire triple room and the aircond is not as cold as u expected it. Wifi is soo bad that i js give up and use my personal hotspot to get connected to my laptop cause i was working. I dont recomment this hotel.

the room was gloomy, the toilet was dirty there is moldy around the walls in the toilet. hope management can take action regarding this complain. i’ve been there 2017 a few times. it was really good that time.

located in City centre which is convenient to travel to many attractive tourist spots Front staff is also helful and friendly Room is just fine with reasonable price

For location, definitely good, but you guyss need to walk little bit laa if want to use public transport, lrt & monorel , for cleanliness, very bad, toilet is not wash properly, inside a room got small² cockroach😭, air cond also very slow, it take time to cold our room, , please improve your housekeeping standard next time, Thank you 🤝

Everythings are ok but the only problems are hotel limited parking.You can park your car outside hotel with charges,tq

bilik quite okay.. bacis need ada, tuala guest dlm bilik takde, pkul 9pm bru dpat sbb laundry bru hantar tuala.. boleh improve lgi services.. overall good

I had a wonderful experience at the this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Even though i didnt get to add on extra bed :( but its okay, i consider this hotel is very cheap compared to others. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
