Great place to stay…breakfast was very good.  Nice roof top gym and pool. Great views ..close to towers. Our room had a smart TV which was great! I would stay here again

Breakfast foodies were Edible Quantities were Good Quality wasn't Staff of Kapitan busy with their own stuff They even eat in front of all the guests without ettiquett Scrambled eggs and Omelette were so dry Reception staff are not welcoming to their guests I call it Snobbish and cold attitude Housekeeping didn't do good job for cleaning my room I will not return to the property and I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

The room feel hot at noon, i think the aircond is not function well. The breakfast buffet is not very attractive. Parking is difficult, since you need to pay RM15 multiple entry and under your own risk. Need to wait for the valet representative to get your car, if you want to go out. However, the hotel is clean and have a good service. Believe not suit for family, it is more for travellers.

good location and walking distant to public transport. They offer good breakfast nice and varieties of foodies. While the room was decent, and clean. it didn't particularly stand out. very friendly frontline, warm welcome and helpful .

Overall good, breakfast was great. Cant expect much river view in KL.

Hotel staff (reception, concierge, housekeeping and Kapitan cafe) are courteous and always smiling. Requested for high floor and was given level 6. Room is just nice. Clean and complete amenities. Iron and iron board is provided. Comfy bed, aircon is good and even hot water for shower is good too. The smart tv came with Netflix so you log in to your account and watch movie. No complains 😁 The hotel is within walking distance 5 mins to the nearby LRT Dang Wangi. Easy to get grab as well. I dont mind returning back to this hotel in future. Great service from the start.

The room was nice but a bit small. But it's ok for me .the breakfast was ok .. pool was good with the view of klcc and kl tower..overall good job service

The service is very good, and hotel room is clean. Amenities are all complete. But the hotel location is not so convenient as it's on the right side of busy roads with no basement parking. We need to pay Rm 15 for Valet parking separate from the hotel. Parking also sikit je, first come first serve. Also, the location for shops are not so good. Jakel mall takde apa kat situ kot, bosan gila. Pastu dia ckp river view, tapi river dia busuk 😭 , bau sikit la kalau nk jalan2 sekitar situ. Tapi breakfast is delish, worth it with the price of Rm 216 per night. Croissant dia mmg antara paling sedap compared to other hotel, very buttery. Overall, recommended la jugak because breakfast dia sedap and harga dia quite cheap. Also, bilik air dia aesthetic gila, mmg nice 💖

The front desk service is good with guests. All the delux rooms are quite small

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was great and varied. Location walkable to some parts, albeit close to inner suburbs too. Cool rooftop pool with skyline view!

The hotel features contemporary designs & advanced technology but service wise not up to expectations. Main disappointment , I booked for a Bong Soo Standard Queen but was given Superior Twin Combined instead. When I ask the reception before signing the check-in procedure, he told me no it’s a Standard Queen room for their record purpose is Superior Twin. End up I received a Superior Twin room with two single beds cover with a queen sized bedsheet. I notice during the midnight when we’re about to sleep, its too late to question them. So why should I pay more for a standard queen ? And they called me at 11.50am to ask if I’m going to extend the stay or checkout. When I said checkout, the guest service said you have to checkout at 12pm then. It’s like you can’t extend then you can just walk away. 🙄 Reception - Not so friendly. Need to ask for parking service and others amenities. Otherwise they never explain anything till you ask. I have also requested for a baby cot & high floor in during my booking but no baby cot was given & received a room at the lowest floor. But there is also kl tower & klcc view. Hmm Room - Just nice, not so big & clean Breakfast - Taste good. Moderate options to choose from Asian to Western. Car Park - Automated Lift Valet Parking with RM15/per day. Multiple entry. Or a open space parking behind the hotel, free of charge with first come first serve. To stay again, maybe can consider again if any urgency.
