I made a reservation at the last minute to take a nap because my flight arrived at midnight. I called the hotel online to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it in time for check-in, but no one answered. I also sent an email, but I didn't get a reply, so I arrived at the hotel feeling anxious. There was no one at the front desk, but there seemed to be a security guard there all the time, and I was able to enter the room after explaining the situation. I managed to avoid sleeping outside, so the result was good, but it would have been better if they had let me know if I could stay.

DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. ITS FUCKINGG MESS. TOO MANY ANAK LIPASS. AIRCOND TAK SEJUK LANGSUNG. THE WATER DIRTY. IF PARKING FULL THEN YOU NEED TO PARK AT B1 and B2. BUT THE PARKING FARE SOOOO PRICEY RM38++. THE TOWEL ONLY 2 AND SMALL. STUPID HOTEL

There was a washing machine right in front of the shower room door, which was very inconvenient. Because of that, the door could only open a little. There were two sinks, but one of them was leaking and could not be used.
