The location is very good. The room is actually a studio unit and well equiped with washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, kitchen sinks, dining kits, dining table, sofa. The only improving area is the bathroom cleaness. Overall it was very good for the price range.

Just awful service! We arrived at the hotel and were said by WhatsApp to pay deposit without even seeing apartment! When we transferred money, they could not confirm payment for 30 min! We were tired and exhausted from the flight and they could n’t let us check-in. The whole check-in process took about 1 h. When we finally checked in we found that property was in a very weak condition: furniture with scratches, leaking sink, smell of old wood. There was only one towel but booking was for 2 persons. Don’t book from them, there are tons of decent properties for the same money in KL!

Rooms not clean, service is bad, charge late check out fee but can't come on time when guest want to check in. Filthy rooms with stains and wet floors.

This hotel is good big enough for traveller like me. The room is so good complete with all the amenities. Has pantry, refrigerator, washing machine and so on. I really love this room. But a bit dissapointed with the security door. Too long password & really hard to follow at first because the staf only give videos without write the code

Overall a great stay! We needed to liaise with the staff before check-in and there was some waiting time for check-in and check-out. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience as the location is pretty good and room is spacious

Good location, we had apartments on the 27th and 28th floors, which was wonderful. Small pool with a good view. A little difficult check-in with communication via WhatsApp with the robot, but we managed)

The location is convenient, the room is similar to domestic apartment hotels, you can see the Kuala Lumpur Tower, the facilities are complete, and the sanitary conditions are OK
