Overall all is good.. if can provide some refreshments like tea / coffee sachets would be great . Plus can provide floor mat at the bathrooms . Tq .. nice view from the living hall window.

Not bad for a homely feel and the place was quite central, walking distance to pavilion

Large bed with nice view (especially night view ).provide multi washing machine can wash+ dry. Swimming pool is Infinity pool I love this.gym no big but equipment overall ok. Walk 12mins to pavillion. Walk 8mins to conlay mrt direct to putrajaya sentral transit to klia 2. Is very convient location if u want take public transport.

It was a great flat and the area was quiet and clean. All was fine except for a few things: 1. Hand wash was not provided for the bathroom. For traveler's who just arrived and there is not a convenience store near, it’s a bit disappointing. 2. There seems to be insect issues as I saw several ants and bugs crawling. 3. The self check-in process was fairly easy to understand but, when I asked the reception where the mail room was, they were very indifferent to me as I was not checking through the front desk. Overall, I enjoyed the flat and the area was a good place to eat and shop (about 1.3km to the Pavilion, walking distance).

Residence owned unit. Room is completely separate from the hotel, it was big, spacious , 2 room inside with each own bed, 2 toilets, a good condo unit. Towels and bed is so,so. Pool is amazing! This is the highlight of the stay for me. Great view of the city. Breakfast was good enough but no luxury on food selection, omelette station is outside the restaurant. Skylounge is not designed for cooking. However the view is wonderful in high rise. Twin towers is also visible from the room , and pool which also gives nice vibe. Gym is available but limited machines and equipment. Location is very nice, walkable to twin tower and the bar streets. Thank you for the stay!

We initially had to make 2 turns before we can find the signage to 8 Kia Peng. Upon taking the keys to the apartment (after squinting my eyes to open the mailbox because the dial is too small), we r glad to find the place neat and clean. Perfect for our one day staycation! The view facing the Twin Towers is also great. Probably the owner can leave some packs of tea, coffee and sugar! Safe us the hassle of going down to Seven-11 to get it!!

Dear Hotel Management Team I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the subpar room conditions we experienced during our recent anniversary trip to Malaysia. Despite thorough research and high expectations, our stay at your hotel fell short of our standards. After reviewing over 100 hotels in the area, we selected your establishment based on its reputation and excellent reviews. Unfortunately, our room was plagued by several issues, including: - A pervasive, unpleasant odor upon entry - Lack of hot water, despite following provided instructions - Stained pillowcases, including bloodstains - A cockroach in the bedroom - Trash under the bed - Visible mold in the shower These issues significantly impacted our stay and failed to meet our expectations, given the hotel's reputation and cost. After numerous attempts to contact the manager to address the issues with our room, we received no response or effort to rectify the problems. My wife is extremely disappointed with this hotel and its management staff. We strongly advise against booking with this hotel, as it may ruin your vacation. Thank you."

Floor sticky and room smelly, management should improve the cleanliness, location wise very good, just nearby pavilion and TRX.

It was a little hard to find and had a few problems when I first got in, but once I got everything settled it was really nice.

Overall the stay was considered very good and the only challenge I have is the Waze GPS, as Wsd Times 8 Luxury Hotels & Residences in Waze will bring you to another hotel. I turn at least 4 round only manage to get the service Appartement.

Terrible..! Please avoid this so called "Luxury Hotel". This is not hotel. Smelly room, just like sleeping at trash room for first night. And the room door can't be opened during check-in, have to wait for 30mins for the technician to repair the door lock. I think this is badly managed property. And there is no front office check-in for this property, the lobby is only for residents. Need to wait outside the building when waiting for car pick-up. Terrible and horrible!

Absolutely LOVED my stay, easy self check in service, kind enough to get me a few things I needed before my arrival, bed was so comfy, apartment was so clean and the view is incredible out the window, perfect location, couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back whenever I come back to KL! Thanks so much.

Convenient location, easy to get cabs with grab, collection of access card a bit trouble some due to the numeric lock numbers extremely small and hard to read, appt has 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed, possibility of simple cooking

Good location. Close to Pavilion shopping mall and KLCC. Can see twin towers from the window. Better use some air freshener in the bathroom. It smells bad inside.
