Continuing stay this time booked penthouse it was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on level 9 with city view can see clearly kl tower and twins tower. Got dining area too. Satisfied with the rooms amd great hospitality

The hotel room is quite spacious, but there was a strong odor of urine or feces coming from the carpet. The area was damp, as if it had recently been cleaned, but the smell was very strong.We asked to change rooms, but our request was not acknowledged. It was really disappointing. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Locate near Hukm hospital, easy access, near to IKEA. Spacious room with basic amenities.

Online book and paid will not include free car parking, I need to pay extra RM10 per day for the parking fees. Further more, due to limited car access parking card, hotel written and provided me a piece of paper as so call cardless parking, which I need to show this piece of paper to the guard during enter or exit the car park, however, during night time, the guard is not available at the enter/exit gate, hence I need to inform receptionists to contact the guard to open the gate for me. I feel very inconvenience.

The room was big and spacious. However i felt like the management was a bit textbook-like service. After checkout, I need to wait for them to check on the room. If the room condition is ok, only then they return your deposit. I just donโt like the waiting part.
