Greystone Colony KLCC

This hotel is really very dirty. You can't even see the white color on the sheets. The facilities are also very poor. There are only two double beds in the family room for six people, and mattresses are provided. Can you see if they can sleep well? We arrived in Kuala Lumpur very late, and we found a lot of problems when we checked in. The air conditioner didn't work, and there was no toothpaste or toothbrush. We negotiated with the customer service for about an hour and said we had to check out before a staff member came to check. The problem was not solved, so we could only make do with one night. Two of the six people who slept in their clothes had rashes all over their bodies. Can you imagine what kind of environment this is? Although the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, I can't help but tell the truth about this environment and hygiene. I don't want my compatriots to be cheated again. The hotel is basically clean and hygienic. I hope to give some reference to the famous hotels, and give a truthful evaluation without any falsehood.

Overall okay but admission and checkout hotel service is bad... It's hard to find a place to check in.. to get a deposit it's very slow.. wait 2 hours for the staff until the program is delayed... checkout is early.. at 10 o'clock it's ready.. but I'm waiting to hand over the key and the deposit..it took almost 2 hours to get it..hope you can establish the service again after this
