The rooms are well appointed and sufficiently sized, and the bed was comfy. However there were ants running around on the table/bench even though we were on the 30th floor or higher. Was unable to trace the source of the ants and reluctant to call for housekeeping to deal with it as I am allergic to insecticide. The front desk was excellent in helping me collect my deliveries and safekeeping them till I got back from my errands. The location was excellect, just beside a major shopping centre. Breakfast was good - a good variety of food, however the place was due for a retrofit of the airconditioning, hence it was a little warmer than usual. Thanks for a good stay.

Staff are both helpful and friendly at lobby, reception and dining area. Breakfast options is good with lots of varieties. The room is clean, and overall the stay is satisfactory.
