The hotel is super convenient.. near to mid valley megamall. Staffs at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Will stay here when I come to KL for vacation again.

An outdated design but clean hotel. Breakfast buffet could be better. Strategic location as it is connected with the garden mall.

Super great location in mid valley. Hotel is connected to mega mall, easily accessible and walking distance to eco city where most of my meeting place are.
Highly recommended but price is at higher end than most hotel in the area.

Satisfied with the location of hotel .. convenient for work, shopping & foods.
Hotel room design is old however it been maintained well & clean.
Breakfast with many selection and coffee is good

The bed was very comfy. We slept like a baby. Room is excellent, spacious and clean. Breakfast at dining area was also great. Plenty of options.

Room needs to be refurbished as the furnitures are getting old, room.is spacious though. Lack of business centre which makes it hard for business travellers to clear some work before adjourning to airport.

3rd time staying here. the rooms are a bit dated but still well maintained and clean. 2 calls to receptionist wasn't picked up. The rest are just fine.

This hotel is terrible.
Our doorlock was not broken when we went out at the morning.
When we backed our hotel at night, our door was unlocked and a paper with words and drawing was inserted in the master switch.
We asked the hotel staff and the housekeeping boy, they replied our doorlocked was broken, so they found the maintenance staff came and fixed our doorlock, then they may forget to lock our door (but our doorlock was not broken at the morning). They said the drawing was no meaning and was not drawing to us.
Also, an alive cockrowch was appeared between the toilet and living room in the other morning.

My go to in Kl, great location with Mega mall connected to the hotel itself so you dont have to step outside. Lots of local place to go to that is near by and hotel is nice, clean and safe.
