2nd time, I stayed here and booked with the club lounge this round, and I really enjoyed this trip. Total there are 5 time slots operating the lounge, but no food during afternoon and night. Limited variety for food served in club lounge but should be good enough to fill stomach. Will book again when going to KL. Love their services.

Freaking Amazing hotel! The apartment was ridiculous huge and spacious. Everything was clean and comfortable. From the point you exit your car/ride, you already feel the hospitality at the top notch. Nice pool but a little small, Amazing free mocktails in the evening. All the staffs were helpful and polite! Only down side is the unfriendly placement of charging point in the apartment

Our stay at the RCKL was great! Check in process by Ying Yan was swift with empathy. She realised that we won't have enough bed for our son (we were planning for a rollaway bed) and offered an upgrade! While this was not expected, but her offer for an upgrade has left a happy note on our trip to KL. The room is in need for more amenities such as kitchen towel, dish washer detergent, kitchen cookware set. Room freshener will be great!

Book for 3 nights stay with families. Had given free upgrade to suites. Really nice hotel . Room was very big & clean. 5 stars hotel with good services. Like all their staffs. Location was very convenient too. Only that breakfast wasn’t that good compared to SG RItz Carlton . Will book again there if travel to KL. Love it 😊

This is my fourth stay here, but I was disappointed with the receptionist and bellhop this time—they seemed less friendly despite the expectation of tips. However, the breakfast was consistently enjoyable, as always. Aron at the breakfast restaurant provided exceptional service, though, just like he always does. Considering trying out other hotels since I don't feel as welcomed here anymore.

The best hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur tiptop service and superb cleanliness!

We booked a 2 room suite this time, the room were spacious and my daughter was tumbling around and playing hide and seek, the living room was my favourite space, awesome for gatherings and family bonding! Staff were very professional they will come in and tidy the rooms when we were out shopping, so thoughtful and professional of them. Bed and pillow was comfotable and water pressure was strong enough, Ritz never disappoints! will definitely come back again next time! thank you for the wonderful stay Ritz team!

Although facility is a bit old, we had a great stay at Ritz as staff here are friendly and attentive. I left my bag on the chair after check out but staff helped to keep it for me. When I enquired, they immediately answer that they keep the bag for me.Such a relief!!!! Thank you for the great service 😊

Service is very kind, friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to decorate the room for my son's birthday which we were super appreciative. Breakfast also very yummy and fresh and the chefs very responsive and happy to cater for your needs.

Fabulous stay in Club Executive Deluxe Twin Room. Room was huge (45sq m) and design/layout of room was thoughtful. Chocolates and brownies were served in the room. Service staff were courteous, friendly and prompt. At least five meals were available foc through out the day. Felt really pampered.

Check in was smooth, my room was upgrader to the next level category. Am happy with their gesture. Very attentive staff. Room was spacious and lovely. Had all the amnities in my rooms. Could not ask for more. Love to come back to this hotel. 🌹

Amazing hospitality hotel. Great hotel staffs who went extra mile helping us (Natalie & Ramesh). Good shelthered connecting walk-way from hotel to Starhill. Very near to Pavilion and lots of F&B.
