Great room with nice view at 17th floor, overalls ok, However, sound proof need to be improve...next room keep on coughing in the middle of the night

1. After they did room service, they gave me a torn towel. I called room service, and they changed it.
2. The first night I stayed, the aircond fan made a loud noise, & I couldn't sleep well. Then, I called the front service, they didn't help to fix it. After three hours, I called for the second time, directly the technician helped to repair the Aircond fan instead of changing the room.

Superb location, room is big. However, the room is quite old and the carpet quite smelly, toilet flushing not working well, shower hot water not great. Overall, the room is quite old, some lights blinking which need servicing.

Location is good. Photo attached is the view from my room. If you’re driving, this hotel doesn’t have basement or free parking for guest. The valet parking cost RM30.00 per parking, not 24 hours

Everything was ok during our stay at this hotel friendly staff from reception to concierge.. the only thing was only for the parking .. the parking attendant told us per entry was rm20 but after we chq out the next day we been charged rm40 when we asked the parking attendant said after 3pm they had to charge another day but it didn’t stated at the parking ticket and they didn’t told us about the subsequent chargers they only said per entry.. we know that their parking n the staff is a outsource comp not under hotel.. anyway other than that we have a pleasant stay

Located at the heart of KL shopping district , walking distance to many places however if wants to take a grab it’s quite a long wait due to heavy traffic

The location is great, however if you have a car, it hard to find a cheap parking nearby as hotel do not provide parking. The breakfast serve almost same.. till you will expected what will be the next morning. The room and air conditioner are work perfectly. I love strong air conditioner air flow.

the staff is very helpful… but no parking nearby available… you need to use valet parking. however the valet parking is affordable

The hotel felt good all day long and the price/performance ratio is very good. The only drawback is the need for "English communication"
