There's nothing particularly impressive about it. The lobby is gorgeous, but guests want the rooms to be more refined. The wet and dry isolation is average, and the water in the bathroom is easy to bring out.

The staff and hotel overall was great. The only negative thing was the front office staff was super rude. I think it leaves a huge negative impression for any guest right at the begining with the rude and lazy front office staff
